About us
In 2018, Brad joined a cell therapy company in the Bay Area where he learned first-hand how extraordinary these medicines are but also how difficult they are to make. This is because each one is made from a patient’s own cells, which creates two big problems: 1. the challenging logistics of collecting cells from advanced patients is a huge access barrier and 2. a patient’s exposure to chemotherapy damages the cells needed to make their therapy. Like his colleagues, Brad was frustrated by these limitations and didn’t have a solution yet.
Then, in early 2020, Brad learned that a good friend was diagnosed with lymphoma. Faced with the possibility of imminent chemotherapy, she quickly arranged to freeze her eggs so they would be spared exposure. The physicians who informed her of this option empowered her with a choice to take an action that could meaningfully improve her outlook.
Inspired by this turn of events, Brad realized how he could help patients get better access to more effective cell therapies. Achieve Clinics was born.
In 2021, Brad moved to Los Angeles from San Francisco. He found that the innovative culture that inspired him to pursue Achieve Clinics initially was enhanced by the hustle and creativity of his new home.
He soon met Paul at a networking event, and knew right away that he found a future partner who deeply understood what Achieve Clinics was about and why it must succeed. Paul’s expertise in business development was the perfect complement to Brad’s technical background. Today, they are the founding team of Achieve Clinics.

We are uncompromisingly dedicated to the patient. We exist to help guide their treatment journey so that they can learn about personalized medicines that can work for them, which we can help them access before it is too late.
We are mindful of healthcare inequities that are exacerbated by the financial burdens of a cancer diagnosis. Our philosophy solves this quite simply: Patients never pay for any of our services. Ever.
The way the system works today puts patients at a disadvantage, and we cannot afford to wait for it to fix itself. We need to get involved to help as many people as possible, as fast as possible. Cancer doesn’t rest and neither can we.
Integrity
In order for our platform to connect patients and future treatments faithfully, reliability and credibility is key. This is why our approach is built in partnership with global leaders in patient advocacy, clinical medicine and scientific research.
We are not satisfied by merely reaching our goal of connecting patients and cell therapies; it also matters how we get there. We are fully committed to operating in an ethical way that respects patients’ rights such as privacy and informed consent.
Collaboration
Achieve Clinics provides multiple services to the booming cell therapy ecosystem.
Primarily, we help patients access cell therapies in clinical development by banking their cells early in their treatment journey.
But what if we collect more cells than we need, or if patients do not end up receiving a cell therapy with cells they banked? With patients’ consent, these invaluable biospecimens can be provided to the scientific community to support new discoveries.
Achieve Clinics doesn’t just help patients access better treatments; we also give patients the option of supporting the next generation of life saving technologies.
